We want you to be completely obsessed with your Juicy Couture purchase; however, if you are not satisfied, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed merchandise with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal, ensuring any old shipping labels are removed from your package.

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, including the packing slip and all original tags, to ensure your return is processed correctly.

  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy while we process your refund within 7-10 business days.
